City and Guilds qualified carpenter for small projects and repairs to houses both inside and out. Currently with Covid restrictions I am working outside or in rooms that are isolated from the occupants. Clean work to a high standard

Service can include repairs carried out to re

nted properties. Member of the Deposit Protection Scheme


WORKING HOURS

Carpentry - 8 til 4.30pm. Property management/repairs – Hours to suit; weekends and evenings if required.

I start a full time position with South Riverside Community Development Centre (SRCDC) on the 20th Dec so won't have time for carpentry till May 2022. I'm managing 3 projects - a repair cafe, TRY DIY teaching and a food co-op. Exciting times!
