Penarth and District Scout Activity Centre PADSAC is the headquarters of the Penarth and District Scout groups. Please get in touch if you need further information on hiring and also host family days.

It is available for hire for Children's parties, family functions, overnight stays and weekly classes. PADSAC is the perfect place for children's parties with plenty of space both inside and out. We have facilities for overnight or weekend stays if you want to base yourself close to Cardiff with excellent transport links. We have availability for daytime classes, we already host
