Hireth Architects are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of the refurbishment. Having been commissioned by the charitable trust in January 2024, have had the privilege of working on this wonderful project alongside the Trustees, Rothwell Historic Restoration, D&R and Stroma Building Control we have given this unique building on Cape Cornwall the refurbishment to see her into the next 20 years of providing an Artists Residence in West Cornwall. Fund raising for Phase 2 begins in earnest!!

30 years ago this month I started my journey to become an architect. I met some amazing people that have excelled in their own careers and remain some of my dearest friends. As an architect I have been wonderfully privileged to have worked on a wide spectrum of projects from high rise buildings by the Thames to private projects 4 miles up a Cornish lane and all those in between!!
