After some great publicity last time hitting 22.4K views on our Stamford project we thought we best update how things have been progressing this time round 🎥

🟡 Ground floor offices have seen all internal rooms and walls mapped out giving this open space a much more utilised feel.

⚫️ The front facade of brickwork has been taken down to be re bricked up with the new front face of 10 windows & 2 pedestrian doors.

🟡 Upstairs apartments exterior 6X2 timber walls have started to be erected ahead of the more 1sr fix & 150 Kingspan infills.

⚫️ 8x2 Treated timbers at 300/c for the desired structural needs.

🟡 1:40 fall ratio to meet the 11M span on the flat roof.

⚫️ Double bolted 8x3 Structual timbers as well as decrotive support Collums to take the centre bounce out the 4.4M spanned joist.

⚫️ Built within the roof space this will feature 2 large spacious bedrooms with double wardrobes in each living spare. On the rear this will see 2 large rear facing dorma windows with field views.

Another exciting project secured! 🏗️

🟡 We’re delighted to have been awarded the contract to transform this disused warehouse into a modern mixed-use development for Apex Demolition.

⚫️ The project will see the ground floor converted into high-quality office space, with a contemporary apartment created on the first floor—breathing new life into an underused building while preserving its character.

🟡 It’s always rewarding to be part of projects that regenerate existing buildings, creating functional, sustainable spaces for businesses and residents alike.

🟡 A return visit to site for Apex Demolition on phase 2 of this shuttering and plinth block instal to feature new ZED Pod accommodations for hospital staff & members. 🏥

⚫️ We previously first stepped on site in May to install phase 1 of the shuttering and plinth blocks which on a return visit today seeing a 4 story apartment block on really took us by surprise with the level of engineering and structural works to make this happen. 🏗️
