Starting Monday strong with a pre site visit on the Bourne town hall project for Probus Construction Ltd 🦺 📍

Spanning 11 separate roofs across the build we will be working on installing new flat roofs & cut roofs with alterations taking place for sky lights and Velux windows. 🏛️

Brushing every inch of the roofing aspect our team of carpenters look forward to starting this in the coming week. 🔨

Covering Carpentry from the ground up as we begin the install of these shuttering pods for a brand new 4 story sleeping accommodation at NHS Hinchingbrooke Hosptial, Huntingdon. 📍 🏥

Following Apex Demolition on the groundwork’s we have been installing 450X450 shutter boxes ahead of 58 pours taking place on Friday. 🗃️ 🏗️

While our team have been working along side sites engineers these have to be fitted to millimetre precision to land the pre fabricated Zed pods on 🏢

An exciting project to be apart of and have our name involved in such a large project for the NHS 🏥

Ground to Roof coverage we complete it all 🦺

Socials update on a very exciting 111 SQM cladding install in Alford, Lincolnshire 📍

Contracted works with Probus Construction 🦺

Rough sawn 6X1 cladding spread across a new events hall & workshop which started last week & we are making fantastic progress on this build. 🪵

Installed in natural timber with a protective black paint coating to ensure it blends in with surrounding properties this will be a show stopper of a project upon completion. ✅

We also have the internal 2nd fix carpentry & bar to fully kit out. 🌟

Bourne Town Hall Project 🏛️🦺

Our biggest commercial build to date! 📈

Day 1 on site has seen site safety and security taking place on this 16 month renovation which will see us completing various roles within our carpentry package. 📑 🔨

Early May we have roof inspections taking place ahead of a re roof and re structure to hold a new 5 metre clock town on the front elevation while the rear has new roof extension & flat roofs in the coming weeks.

Internally will see a brand new cafe for the town & a state of the art theatre, we will attached all CGI’s build progress alone the way. 🎭 ☕️

A rewarding site visit in Grantham yesterday to see some fantastic progress being made from our joiners.📍

We have 8 out of 9 flats formed with internal & external thermal walls built with steels and ceiling works mixed inbetween to finally give this old building a sense of structure. 🦺

Also a start in making a dent in the 72 door installation schedule ahead of 2nd Fix and Kitchens we start in June. 🦺

We continue to thank Probus Construction Ltd for the level of trust they have for us on this build & the support across all projects in hand.

Site visit this afternoon to check progress while running up to the bank holiday weekend our Carpenters will be on site to begin internal 2nd fix work across these beautiful 5 Bed homes in ☀️ 📈

Also great to see HB Developments on site getting the 4th plot out the ground with block & beam 🏡
