Good afternoon and happy Thursday folks! It has been some time since we last shared any of our projects, so we thought it was about time we updated you on what we have been working on!

Starting out with this drawing of a single storey rear extension for one of our clients in Wetherby, creating a large dining room to the rear of the property with bifold doors to allow plenty of natural light to flood the room. We are also converting what are currently 3 separate rooms into one open plan kitchen living area, with a little nook for a study space. We are really excited to see the drawings come to life in due course!

Here's another one of our recently completed projects in York! This one is a single storey rear extension and loft conversion!

As well as the design work we also undertook our increasingly popular project management role on this project. This proved beneficial as the project was delivered on time and within budget! We also hold a pre-agreed amount of the contractors fee for 6 months to make sure that all defects are attended to!

Here's another one of our recently completed projects, this one is a single storey side extension!

It was nice to see the effect of the extended living area as most clients prefer to extend their kitchens.

After 18 months of hard work we've finally started on site this week on our latest project in Glasshoughton!

This is a development of 10 new homes for sale, all of which have been designed exclusively for this development with a mix of houses and bungalows.

The design is in a contemporary style with buff/grey and blue bricks and black roof lines and frames.

Internally you will find the same high quality finish and specification that our clients LJ and Keat Lettings Limited demand on each and every one of their projects!

The homes will be available for sale very soon through easyProperty 5 Towns. Make sure you register your interest early as I'm sure they won't be available for long!!

Happy new year one and all! Hopefully your first week back hasn't been too strenuous?

It was great to see one of our latest projects up and running this week! This is a conversion of a former public house into apartments.

As well as the usual architectural services we are also undertaking a project management role which means that we will be responsible for making the sure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required design and quality standards.

Our client Woolford Properties always demand the very best in terms of quality and design which is going to make this one another cracker I'm sure!

Evening all!

Here is another one of our completed projects in Leeds!

This is a loft conversion incorporating a dormer to the rear and a 'raised roof pitch' (note the difference between our roof and the one next door). This project also included single-storey extensions to the front and rear.

We really maximized the potential internal space on this one, and had a great result with the planning application!

Here's another one of our projects nearing completion!

This is a garage conversion/residential annexe, or as otherwise known 'granny annexe'.

The works have been carried out to an exceptionally high standard as always by Jordan Developments.
