From a blank canvas to a dream come true, the transformation is unreal. There’s still more to do, but wow… I absolutely love it.

The vision has been brought to life by my incredible other half, Dean Hunter your talent is incredible and endless. I’m proud of you, grateful for you, and in awe of what you’ve created.

Huge thanks as well to the brilliant trades who’ve contributed, especially the amazing Darren Ward for your endless help, and Reece Kelly for your support.

The space now flows beautifully through three zones:
🍽️ Outdoor kitchen extension from the bar area, this will be 2026 summer ready.
🧘‍♀️ A chilled middle zone to unwind
🎉 Leisure area that extends from our main living space

Feeling so lucky to see it all coming together 💚

Can’t wait for next summer to party with friends and family. ❤️

🚧 Another Stunning Transformation Completed! 🚧

We’ve just wrapped up a full ground floor renovation that’s taken this home to a whole new level. Walls removed, spaces opened up, and natural light flooding in—this is open-plan living done right.

✨ What we delivered:

Knocked through walls to create a spacious kitchen-dining area
Formed new opening between kitchen and living room

Installed 4m anthracite grey bifold doors opening into the garden

Fitted a bespoke media wall for sleek, modern living

Full plastering, plumbing, electrics, and relocated radiators

Laid herringbone LVT flooring throughout the ground floor

Supplied and fitted Howdens shaker kitchen and utility room

Finished with granite worktops and upstands for that premium touch

All works completed in to regulation and signed off by Building Control ✅

I have been to a couple of jobs recently on the back of other companies starting work and leaving customers well in a mess! It’s gutting to see, it got me thinking.

Here’s a few things you can do to avoid rogue builders. It involves some proactive steps and awareness.

Things NOT to do:

1. Don’t Pay Upfront: Avoid paying a large sum of money before any work has started.

2. Don’t Rely Solely on Online Reviews: Seek out personal recommendations and independent reviews. Check companies out first. Ask for and follow up with past clients about their experience.

3. Don’t Skip the Permit Process: Make sure they acquire all necessary permits and adhere to local building regulations.

4. Don’t Assume Verbal Agreements Are Enough: Always get it in writing.

5. Don’t Forget to Plan for the Unexpected: Have a contingency budget for unforeseen issues.

It's all about diligence, Don’t Rush and Don’t Overlook Any Red Flags.
