ANOTHER VUBA RESIN TRANSFORMATION IS UNDERWAY! 🚀

We’re incredibly excited to take you along on this project from start to finish — this one is going to be a beautiful transformation! 😮‍💨🔥

Due to the extremely restricted access, machinery simply isn’t an option. Every slab and every bit of ground has to be removed completely by hand and carried up the garden to rear of the property.

The entire area needs excavating to 200mm below the new finished height to ensure the correct preparation for our Vuba Resin system. However, because the existing levels were already far too high, some sections require a huge 350mm hand dig! 💪⛏️

The two lads I assigned to this project have absolutely smashed it on Day 1. A seriously demanding task, but they’ve made incredible progress and set the standard from the very beginning. Proud of you both! 👏🔥

🔥 FROM UNUSED SPACE… TO VALUABLE EXTRA PARKING! 🔥

What a difference on this one! 😮‍💨👏🏼

Our team have transformed this decorative front garden area into a strong, practical additional parking space, making far better use of the area and giving our customer that all-important extra room on the driveway. 🚗🏡

But as always, it’s what’s underneath that counts. 💪🏼

The existing stone, planting and paving were removed, the area excavated and prepared, a solid compacted sub-base installed, followed by steel reinforcement mesh throughout before the concrete pour.

The team then poured, levelled and hand-finished the concrete with a brushed finish for additional grip, leaving a strong, practical and tidy new parking area built to last. 👌🏼🔥

THIS is what happens when a vision, a serious amount of work and an incredible team all come together. 😮‍💨🏡❤️

We’ve been absolutely DYING to share this one…

From the moment we first walked into this property to standing back and taking these final photographs, the transformation has been nothing short of incredible.

Walls opened up.
Ceilings stripped back.
Structural alterations carried out.
Services moved and completely reworked.
The old kitchen ripped out.
The utility transformed.
Floors prepared.
Rooms replastered.
Electrics, plumbing, joinery, tiling, decorating…

And then we rebuilt it all into THIS. 😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥

A stunning, high-end navy-grain Shaker kitchen and utility, finished with crisp white worktops, metro tiling, contrasting black details, beautiful flooring and a huge open connection through to the garden.

❤️ THIS IS TARIAN.

Not one trade coming in and doing one small part.

A complete renovation managed from the dirty rip-out and structural work right through to the final socket, final brush stroke and final clean. 💪🏼🛡️

⚒️ SO, WHAT DID WE ACTUALLY DO?

This project involved a complete strip-out and transformation, including:

• Full removal of the existing kitchen and finishes
• Extensive demolition and strip-out works
• Structural alterations and formation of the new open-plan areas
• Creation and finishing of the huge rear opening, completely changing the relationship between the house and garden
• Careful working around the existing underfloor heating system
• Floor preparation and levelling ready for the new finish
• Plumbing alterations and new kitchen and utility supplies
• Drainage alterations and connections
• Electrical alterations and upgrades throughout
• New sockets, switches and electrical points
• Recessed LED spotlights throughout
• Feature lighting over the dining area
• Ceiling and wall repairs following the alterations
• Full plastering and preparation throughout
• New carpentry, skirting and finishing work
• Installation of the stunning navy-grain Shaker kitchen
• Full-height cabinetry and extensive additional storage
• Integrated appliance housings
• Installation of the statement range cooker and extractor
• Crisp white worktops throughout
• Sink installation with contrasting black tap
• White metro-tile splashbacks
• Complete transformation of the separate utility area
• Matching navy-grain cabinetry and worktops in the utility
• Washing machine and tumble-dryer provision
• New flooring flowing throughout the entire space
• Full decorating and finishing
• Second-fix plumbing and electrics
• Snagging, detailing and final completion

Does anyone want to buy a brand new commercial double fridge. We were asked to help out at a short notice to a local cafe.

Our clients just bought it paid £1250 +VAT brand spanking new. They thought they ordered a fridge freezer but sadly didn’t realise it was a double fridge.

They won’t allow a return as delivery and collection is a stupid price.

They are happy to take £900 cash.

We can deliver at a small cost if local.

What a difference just over a week’s work can make! 💪 This stunning garden transformation is really starting to take shape, and we’re delighted with the progress so far.

The new Indian sandstone patio is coming together beautifully, with the new 9-inch block walls now built and the paving making a huge impact.✅

🔥 ALL IN A DAYS WORK🔥

Our clients are currently having their home renovated and needed a clean, practical temporary parking area to keep their vehicles safely off the road while the work continues.

More importantly, everything has now been properly prepared and left ready for a future resin-bound installation. 🙌

Here’s what the Tarian team completed in just one day:

✅ Removed the existing lawn and excavated the full driveway area
✅ Cleared and disposed of the unwanted soil and vegetation
✅ Installed a heavy-duty membrane across the full area
✅150mm of Type 3 aggregate added and compacted every 75mm
✅another layer of membrane with top up of Type 1 aggregate and compacted for temporary surface
✅ Levelled, graded and compacted the driveway
✅ Created a wider parking area suitable for two vehicles
✅ Left the site clean, usable and ready for the next stage

The clients now have a solid temporary driveway throughout their renovation, without wasting money on work that will need removing later.

Once the house renovation is complete, this base can be finished and prepared for the final resin-bound surface, creating a smart, durable driveway that will completely transform the front of the property.

One working day. Two-car parking created. Resin preparation underway. 💪
