Working on the detail of our next project in Lincoln. We have outline planning permission following the site's allocation and now looking at our detailed application for the scheme. Looking at a site start in Q3 where we will be looking to deliver 41 houses from the first phase. Total scheme will deliver 158 houses.

Durrant Road starts..

We are pleased to announce that works have commenced on our scheme at 16-18 Durrant Road, Poole. We have detailed planning permission for the development of 9 x luxury apartments, the majority of which will have views over the Harbour over to Brownsea Island.

Their unwavering determination led them to an outstanding season, clinching 11 victories, 1 draw, and just 1 loss, ultimately soaring to the summit of their league table. Last Saturday marked a triumphant moment as they claimed the coveted title of league champions!
