We are about to submit drawings to Blackburn council for a complete extension and renovation for a bungalow. Our client is on a role - this is the second project we are working on with him! These are the proposed floor plans which show a large rear extension, with front and rear dormers along with a complete gut out and redesign of the layout adding a 1st floor. We cannot wait to see the final outcome of this home. Plans were approved for a large 2 storey side, single rear and external changes. We applaud our clients as they have done an absolutely superb job of this beautiful renovation. Every detail has had so much thought, love and care. You can see before and after photos of the front however the rear is the real transformation and we will be posting again once the home is completed. Exciting new development coming to Preston, Lancashire 👀

We’ve been working on a scheme for 5 luxury dwellings, and it’s great to finally share a glimpse of what’s in the pipeline.

The first image shows the site layout, giving you a clear idea of how each of the five homes will sit within the development and how the space has been carefully considered.

The other two images bring the vision to life — showcasing the style of the proposed homes. These are substantial stone-built properties, each designed with 5–6 bedrooms and a joined double garage, combining traditional materials with a modern, high-quality finish.

A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to get to this stage, and following some really positive pre-app feedback, we’re looking forward to pushing ahead and getting this submitted.

We are currently working on a very important project to create a disability-friendly extension, designed to provide a comfortable bedroom and fully accessible en-suite for wheelchair use, along with a dedicated storage space for essential medical equipment.

The proposed extension extends slightly further back than standard plans, but we are hopeful it will receive approval. Our team is committed to doing everything we can to support this application, as this space will make a life-changing difference for a little girl who truly needs it.
