After a journey that’s had its fair share of ups, downs and emotions along the way, I’m really pleased to share that Lineacre Close has now exchanged contracts, with completion taking place later this week. 🎉

Moving home is rarely just about bricks and mortar. There’s often a lot of life happening behind the scenes, and this one has certainly been a memorable journey for everyone involved.

A huge congratulations to my vendors as they prepare for their next chapter, and to the buyers who will soon be calling this lovely house their home. 🏡❤️

🏡 Property chains can be brutal...

This sale at Dauntsey House has certainly tested everyone involved.

The property had previously been on the market with another agent without success before the owners asked me to help. We found a buyer, everything was moving forward, and then the chain collapsed. 💔

Unfortunately, that also meant my sellers lost the property they were hoping to buy themselves.

At that point it would have been easy for everyone to feel defeated.

Instead, we got straight back to work.

The property was re-launched, the marketing refreshed, enquiries followed up, and most importantly, communication remained constant throughout. No disappearing acts. No wondering what's happening. Just honest updates and a plan.

Three weeks later... we're sold again! 🎉

This time to a first-time buyer who's excited to make the apartment their new home.
