#5 Increased commercial office and retail unit vacancies will be a common trend especially in declining high streets and city centres. Covid-19 has demonstrated to companies that people can work from home and so its likely we'll be seeing a lot more commercial to residential developments.

#4 First-time buyers are on the rise fuelled by a growing millennial market. In fact, in the second quarter of 2020, millennials were responsible for more closed purchase loans than any other generation. And despite the notorious reputation of millennials never being able to own their own home, the stats are now suggesting the generation is beginning to enter the property market.

#3 Home preferences have led to changing demands in the property market. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected how we use our homes significantly. With the Government's announcements introducing Tier 3 and 4 restrictions to London, thankfully, the property market remains open and so we continue to operate with the same safety measures and precautions that we've already been following. Here's the official guidance from the .Gov website:
