When you book a vacuum cleaner service or repair, one of our helpful and friendly engineers will come to your property at a time convenient to you. They will strip clean and inspect your vacuum cleaner, explaining any faults or worn parts that you may have, informing you of any costs for the additional parts you require.

It’s then totally up to you whether you have any of the work completed. There is no obligation whatsoever to have any parts fitted. If you do decide to go ahead, we will fit the parts and rebuild the vacuum cleaner, test its function and fill out an itemised invoice. We'll leave your machine in as new a condition as possible and you totally satisfied.
