From making prospecting calls and generating new opportunities to negotiating offers and chasing progress, Sophie loves helping clients turn their moving plans into reality. She acts as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and other agents, keeping everyone informed and helping transactions move forward smoothly.

Meet Katherine, a valued member of our lettings team here at Acrea.

Katherine plays an important role in supporting landlords and tenants throughout every stage of their journey. From marketing properties and conducting viewings, to ensuring compliance requirements are met and coordinating maintenance, she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She also supports landlords and tenants through move-ins and move-outs, making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

For Katherine, no two days are ever the same. One day she could be carrying out property viewings, the next arranging maintenance, completing fire safety checks, or helping a tenant settle into their new home.

Katherine’s favourite part of the role?
