Finishing up at No. 8 with a very smart & traditional hallway!

Some significant repairs with a couple metres of Lath & plaster lost coming up the first flight of stairs that required immediate repair & a number of broken spindles were matched & replaced on the second flight also.

The walls were colour matched to the existing with the addition of a new colour scheme above & beneath the dado on the ground floor up. The newel posts, handrails & doors were stripped back entirely & stained/varnished/oiled accordingly thereafter for some added contrast.

Back on Sutherland Gardens for project No. two of three!

We're off to a flying start with phase one complete, all the bedrooms wrapped up & looking rather smart. With the remainder of the property all being original in terms of it's woodwork & delicate Lath walls/ceilings, we've certainly got our work cut out for the remainder.

The master bedroom, hallways & kitchen colour matched & coated with a more resilient paint finish giving a new lease of life to this home - with a slightly bolder choice of green on the accent wall!

A snippet of a recent project of ours over in East Sheen, one of my favoured towns to work in. A lot going on in these older properties as always, half the battle is saving as much lath & plaster as possible!

Aside from a full redec throughout we have had areas ripped out & newly plastered, coving applied in a couple of rooms, new light features installed, beading trims added to doors to jazz them up somewhat & even a paneled feature wall.

Nice way to stay the year overall, onwards & upwards! 🏘️

Snuck this one in just before we break for the year, we love pulling off a Christmas miracle & bringing our customer's ideas to life for the holidays!

All the woodwork was bespoke & newly fitted, the carcass's hand finished & doors spray finished using a HVLP system. A nice variety of quality paints & bold colour choices over all, really pleased.

Some recent window & masonry work at this lovely apartment building in West London.

These windows were holding on by a thread! They hadn't seen any love in a very long time, lots of extensive prep involved - as always Repair Care International UK to the rescue!

Hopefully we'll return later on in the year to hit the communal areas as well as some other interior work, until then 👍
