This was completed after the loft extension and though some might have been nervous about this endeavour, we had a reputable builder on side and had acro props and strongboys to support the structure.

Overall, trust is of course extremely important in projects such as these. And we trusted our builders B&G Construction LTD wholeheartedly.

Question: when a house is stripped back to its bare bones, how do you feel? Are you able to visualise the walls already there, coated in your favourite colours and decorated with all the funk and fun that you intend? Or are you anxious and eager to get your four walls built back up?

I think we can be a bit of both. Some days we are full of excitement, but other days we feel nervous and are lacking in imagination!
*
The lesson is: It’s okay to feel both ways- you’ve just got to trust in the process!!

West London: I want to start with a joke about a roof, but it’d go over your head… 😜

In this case there really is nothing over this buildings head. That’s right, the roof is gone and work on the loft extension has begun. Our builders B&G Construction LTD have hit the ground running and we are absolutely thrilled with their work so far. Every build can be stressful at times but great communication with the builders makes everything much less stressful. Overall, their performance is through the roof… 😜

P.s. were thinking of repurposing these chimneys as flower pots or something else that’s fun. Do you have any ideas?

We have recently exchanged on this beautiful terrace house located in a lovely west London neighbourhood. It has so much potential and we are ready to get going within the coming weeks.

After consulting a range of construction companies, we now have decided upon one which was more reasonable in price and who were just as excited as us to get going.

South London: the finished product ✨

Have a look at the high quality finish of one of our flip projects. It's gone from a three bedroom semi in desperate need of modernisation to a five bedroom home perfect for family.
*
Being so close to our home base, we have loved how involved we got in the many different stages of the project. Our building contractors were also amazing, keeping us informed of any developments throughout and completing all works to an incredible standard.
*
Our plans with this project changed with the economic market which reinforced the importance of having multiple avenues and exit strategies. After renting it out to a lovely family on a short term basis whilst they refurbish own their property, we now plan to put this property back on the market ready for a new family to make this their home.
