Griffin Stevens is a privately owned, independent hybrid estate agency specialising in Sales and Lettings covering the Borough of Richmond. We do not have high-street premises, our previous experience of working for traditional estate agents has shown us this is no longer necessary. 98% of buyers and tenants now source their properties through the leading portals of Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime loc

ation, where our properties feature. We also provide all other services including free market appraisals, high quality photographs and floor plans, and local advertising. In addition, we offer significantly more flexibility than either the high-street agents with their fixed opening hours or the national ‘on-line only’ agents who tend to be unfamiliar with the benefits of the area. We understand that it is not always possible to take time off work to meet an estate agent and will happily offer appraisals and accompanied viewings in the evening or at the weekend. The partners deal personally with all aspects of the business and are passionate about providing a high quality, personal service. We are very experienced agents, qualified in Sales and Lettings and are members of the industry’s leading professional bodies; the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). We are committed to offering professional advice in the best interests of our clients and our more efficient, hybrid model allows us to pass on this benefit to you by offering more reasonable fees. As this is our own business, we also welcome conversations about what service and terms would suit our clients best. The community, in which we have lived and worked for decades, matters to us.
