I’m really proud of how this project has turned out, reducing the levels slightly of this garden and installing new retaining walls finished off with white render and a lovely new turfed area has given this garden a complete new look.

Another busy few weeks, on this job the customer wanted to clean, lift and relay a section of paving to a different area of there garden for a new seating area.

The second area was also to clean,lift and relay with the addition of a new path down the side of the house. I finished it off with a gravel strip and new turf section where the old patio use to be.

On this job the customer had damp issues on the lower section of this wall, after removing a small area of render. We noticed that the original wall was stone work.

The decision was made to remove all render and see condition of the original wall. As you can see from the photos this turned out to be a great decision with cleaning of the stone. Then pointing with a lime mortar this has made a lovely feature wall in the house.

installing a new concrete lintel for the opening and plastering all the new work has made a huge difference to this house.

It’s been a very busy couple of weeks doing a knock though to make space for a lovely new kitchen dining area, with the installation of a new steel beam and a new dividing wall to form the new front room.

To finish I carried out all of the plastering and was joined by Mikey Wilson to finish the room with all the joinery work and media wall creating a beautiful final product / space.

Something new over the last few days, removing soft plasterboard around a log burner and replacing it with cement board and facing it with brick slips, the customer wanted a herringbone pattern on the back and standard brick bond on the cheeks. So so happy with the outcome

Me and the customer are over the moon with the new space this has created.
