The Elegance
This beautiful, modern, two bedroomed, second floor, corner apartment is within the immaculately maintained and sought after Elegance, complex located in La Vila Joiosa. The complex is located just a short 600m walk from La Cala de Finestrat beach and the impressive array of bars and restaurants that "La Cala" has to offer. The apartment also offers easy access to Benidorm.
This superb apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The complex itself boasts three fabulous swimming pools, the first two are open all year round and there is an additional deeper pool open in the summer months when a lifeguard is in operation for safety.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four people with two bathrooms and two bedrooms including a large master bedroom and a twin bedroom. It is also possible to accommodate up to a further two people on the new sofa bed in the lounge and our travel cot (provided) can increase capacity again if you have a little one.
Inside the apartment, the hallway leads to the spacious and comfortable lounge which includes a corner sofa, nest of coffee tables and new, 50-inch smart television giving access to your Netflix/Prime/Apple TV accounts. The fully equipped kitchen is off the lounge and has everything you will need including oven, hob, new air fryer, pots and pans, crockery and utensils.
The master bedroom, also off the lounge, is comprised of a comfortable double bed, fitted double wardrobes with plenty of space, bedside tables with additional drawer space and wall mounted television.
The utility room and second bedroom and bathroom are both off the hallway. The utility room has a washing machine, so you needn’t worry about over-packing. Just come in, kick back and relax. There is also plenty of room in there to store your suitcases once unpacked!
Due to its corner location, the apartment has a large two-sided balcony sweeping the entire length of the lounge and master bedroom and offering beautiful views, and comfortable furniture - perfect for those al fresco drinks. The apartment has also been fitted with ultra- fast wifi.
If you want to hire a car and travel further afield, the apartment has its own private secure parking space, although everywhere is accessible by local bus. There are several tour operators (including Holiday Extras) offering regular and incredibly cheap transfers from Alicante airport to your holiday doorstep.
Our ultra friendly housekeeper, Sharon, is happy to either greet you at the gates or walk down to the bay to meet you from your airport transfer and will be available for you to contact with any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.
The apartment includes heating and air conditioning as and when required (like almost all apartments now, the air conditioning comes with a small pay as you use surcharge of one Euro per two hours). Please note the air conditioning is currently in the master bedroom only.
In addition to the huge three-part swimming pool, there are further beautifully you. maintained communal areas, whether you want to relax by the pool on the loungers, or entertain your little ones in the indoor soft play area. There is also a gym - for those fitness fanatics, table tennis room, and sauna.
We believe that the stunning bay of La Cala de Finestrat retains that "Spanish feel" and has everything you need for a perfect holiday, including an array of bars and restaurants offering everything from hearty English food to traditional Spanish tapas, paellas, and everything in between. This includes an impressive selection of Asian and oriental restaurants to suit all tastes. So, whether you want to experience the atmosphere and taste of the Michelin Star quality “Strat” restaurant (opened by previous master chef winner) or to grab a quick kebab on your way home from a night out, the bay has something for you! The local English bars in the bay show all the live English/Scottish football.
However, should you want more, the hustle and bustle of Benidorm is not far away. Whether you seek a crazy night out in the new town or the delightful charm of the old town, there is a regular bus service from by the beach and also a bus to the old town which stops opposite the Elegance. Taxis also run from by the beach and are extremely reasonably priced, the staff in the cafes and bars are also happy to help with this.
The markets, which are held every Tuesday and Saturday 52 weeks a year, attract many to the bay each week. Everyone loves a good market and there is so much on offer at such great prices, whether it's fresh food, souvenirs for your mates back home or your "rip-off" trainers, you are guaranteed to find it here!! Don't forget your bartering skills.
There are also many nearby attractions for families (all of which are tried and tested by us), including the waterparks of Aqualandia and Terra Aqua, and the zoo and marine life centres of Mundomar and Terra Natura. Popular days out also include Guadalest, Calpe, Albir, Altea, Alfaz del Pi and the city of Alicante which can be reached by tram. You can also easily catch the bus to the town of Villajoyosa meaning “The Joyful Town”, which encapsulates charm and tranquility with its beautiful beach and houses painted in traditional bright colours. For the shoppers, you have the internationally renowned shopping centre of “La Marina” within walking distance or just a short bus ride away where you can find Zara, Bershka, H & M, Guess and many other boutique names.
Boat trips run daily from the port in old town Benidorm to Benidorm Island which is a lovely trip for little ones and grown-ups that love their snorkelling and can be completed in a couple of hours. There are also boat trips to further afield destinations such as Calpe running several times a week during the summer months.
Standard check in time is 4pm and check out time 10am. However, outside of peak times, i.e. school holidays, we can be flexible to suit your flight times.
We can generally be flexible with the length of your stay depending on your specific requirements, flight times etc. and take a £200 damage deposit and to secure booking.
Full payment is to be made six weeks before travel.

* Just like in the UK, unexpected high electricity bills can come as shock so we need to have a little control just to avoid extortionate electricity bills. One Euro will provide over two hours of air conditioning, dependent on the setting.

The property is licensed for rental purposes in the Valencian community after having obtained a "Municipal Urban Compatibility Report", verifying that the property is fully compatible with the local regulations for tourist use. To this end, the property has been awarded the following license number or "Numero de Inscription": CV-VUT0517427-A. In addition to this, the property has been registered on the official platform for rentals and as such has been assigned the following NRA number or "Número de
Registro de Alquiler": ESFCTU0000030160005152740000000000000000000VT517427A1. This is a unique identification number which serves as proof that the property is registered with the relevant authorities and meets the necessary requirements for operating as a tourist rental.
