SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR ALL NEW LANDLORDS
Here at Rent Team we are offering all new Landlords a special promotion to let their properties for only £150.00 plus VAT
For this fee we will do the following for you:
• Our highly trained Team of Negotiators will meet you at the desired location and take some details and photographs of the property you wish to be marketed
• Once back at our office the details will be given to our professional Team of Administrators to advertise and upload onto web portals such as; Rightmove/Gumtree/Find a Property/ Rent Team / Prime Location
• We will arrange all viewings for the property with either the Landlord or the Tenant/s and a negotiator will be present to show them around
• Once an Applicant comes forward wanting to take the property we will carry out a full Reference and Credit Check using a professional company “Legal 4 Landlords “to make sure they are suitable for your property
• Once an Applicant has passed we then ask for the first month’s rent and a 6 week Security Deposit to be paid into our account
• We will give you the Landlord an option if you would like us to protect the Security Deposit under TDS or if you would like to do this yourself using a Deposit Company
• Once the Deposit has been protected and the monies have cleared in our account we will then Produce a Tenancy Agreement for both you and your Tenant/s to sign (You the Landlord have the option to put in as many special clauses you wish for)
• We also provide the Landlord with the option for us to carry out the Check In Inventory on their behalf as we use a professional Inventory Company who carry out detailed reports and take time stamped photographs
