Lettings Assistant Wanted! – Join Bramley Park Lettings

📍 Location: Rotherham & South Yorkshire
💻 Remote working
⏳ Part-time: 25 per week | Monday to Friday | 5 per day
💰 Salary: Based on experience + 6-month appraisal
🚗 Company Electric Car or Car Allowance (Full UK driving license required)

Are you energetic, reliable, and proactive? Do you thrive on variety and love being out and about? We’re looking for a Lettings Assistant to join our small, dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:
🏠 Prepare and dress rooms & properties for viewings
🔑 Keyholding & property access for contractors
🧍‍♀️Meet prospective tenants for viewings
📸 Conduct property inventories & end-of-tenancy checkouts
📝 Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs
🔥 Carry out fire alarm & emergency lighting testing
📊 Collect utility meter readings

What We Need From You:
✔ Initiative – You’ll be on the go, making decisions daily
✔ Responsibility – Tenants and landlords will rely on you
✔ Good Communication – Work smoothly within our small team
✔ Time Management – Punctuality and organisation are key
