PROBLEM
Water was leaking through the floor to the ceiling below every time the shower was used.

After removing the tiles the subfloor was found to be rotten due to the silicone seal and grout failing.

SOLVED
Supporting structure replaced, surfaced with tile backer board, tiled , grouted and silicone sealed.
