You will all know Barry ‘Baz’ - longstanding West Park stalwart, successfully captaining our second XV for many years and now throwing his efforts into coaching our U11s squad.

Ryan won’t be in action this weekend as the first XV have a week off, but you will see him next in our crucial play off tie away at Northwich on Saturday 25th April.

☃️6:00 a.m. Freezing temperatures. -7 to be precise. Gritting a client's site.🌨️

Years ago, this would have been the part of the job I liked least. Today, it’s one of the parts I love most.

The difference? Building BAWDE FM from the ground up.

When you’re truly invested in the service you provide and the clients you support, the "early bird" starts feel less like a chore and more like a treat.

Would of course rather be out with boots on the ground, however, while it's this cold an afternoon of work and writing up proposals for potential clients to see how BAWDE FM could benefit them is kind of welcome.

Really, genuinely love this kind of work. As well as the benefits to clients as mentioned in the video, it gives me opportunity to really get hands on and stuck into some physical work as well engaging my ADHD brain with the organisation and coordination of everything.
and I both agreed if I'd have gotten involved earlier with the Healthier Heroes CIC project in St Helens it would have been over the line far quicker than it was.
