A nice little apartment Refurb completed In St ives before Christmas

 We have just completed a rather large patio project for a brilliant client who left us to design the project which was finished with 900 x 600 porcelain grey slabs.
We have completed a complete new fence , pergola , and a new gate.
I have attached some photographs of the stages of the job and I would like to thank Mark Williams digger hire, also Mark from Pro build paving for the help on this job.
I would like to also thank Nigel Barrett for all his work in completing the walls and steps , DT Electrical also completed all the lighting etc . A personal thank you to Craig Smith for all his help with the job , the fence and pergola etc .

Teamed up with my old mate Pip Goninan this morning we worked together in the 80s plastering all over Cornwall , thanks once again for the hand today. Not bad for two 60 plus old buggers .

Just finished a really nice Loft Conversion in a small cottage to form a lovely bedroom , had a few challenges with angles and different shapes, but got that project over the line in the end .
Couldn’t get the stairs up to the loft so ended up having to take the stairs up over the scaffold, and then through the Vellex all the challenges can be overcome . The customers are delighted with the outcome
I’d like to thank the plumber, Steven, Hoskin, RTL, Scaffold, and the joiners, Gary and Shaun Thatcher , also the electrician Ian.
