Haven’t posted anything for a while, I have been busy doing lots of things. Here is the latest bathroom renovation for a rented house in Norwich.

Kitchen refit for C C Services at a house renovation, including a bespoke cupboard to cover up boiler.

Not a complete refurb, but wet room shower cubicle replaced with new walk-in shower for rental property. Also new toilet and replacement taps for sink.
Very rotten floor revealed on removal of old flooring so new timbers and floor fitted before vinyl laid.
Shower wired up & tested by KC Electrical Contracting Ltd.

Ceiling repair job in Norwich with A1 Property.

Replaced rotten wooden lintels above doorway with a new steel beam which holds up floor and wall above. Door frame removed leaving it more open plan and makes opening higher. Also re-boarded dining room ceiling to be plastered.
