Landlords - Take action now 🧐

Download the government Information Sheet from GOV.UK today and send it as an unaltered PDF to every tenant whose tenancy was an AST on 1 May 2026. Check joint tenancies and send a separate copy to each named tenant individually. Record the date, method and recipient for every communication as proof of compliance. The deadline is 31 May 2026, and failure to comply carries a civil penalty of up to £7,000 per tenancy.

Today’s my birthday, and for the first time in my adult life, I’m available to work.

Not because I have to, because I choose to.

Building a new business takes this level of availability, commitment, and belief. It asks a lot of you… but it gives back even more: purpose, growth, and the chance to create something that’s truly yours.

And honestly? I wouldn’t change it for the world.
