𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗗 🏡🔑

This one really tested everyone involved.

Without doubt, this has been the most challenging sale I’ve dealt with so far. A very long and extremely tough process from start to finish, with constant hurdles thrown our way throughout. It meant working out of hours, dealing with issues whilst on holiday, and staying heavily involved in every detail just to keep the agreement alive and moving forward.

At times, it genuinely felt like every possible obstacle was put in front of us. Constant chasing, constant pressure, and having to keep momentum in the transaction at every stage to stop things from falling apart. Nothing about this transaction came easy.

But today, we got there, and I couldn’t be happier for all parties involved.

Massive congratulations to the buyers on securing their new home on Mimosa Avenue, Minster. I truly hope you enjoy every moment there and make many amazing memories for years to come. Also, thank you to the sellers for believing in me throughout this rough journey.
