When buyers are scrolling through Rightmove or Zoopla, they're not just looking at photographs.

A floorplan is often one of the first things they check because it helps them understand:

✅ Overall living space
✅ Layout and flow of the property
✅ Garden dimensions
✅ Parking and garage space
✅ Whether the home will actually work for their lifestyle

The more information a buyer has before arranging a viewing, the more confident they are in taking the next step.

This is why I invest my time into creating premium floorplans for my clients rather than relying on the standard basic version.

Getting the asking price right is one of the most important factors in achieving a successful sale.

Pricing a property isn't guesswork, and it certainly isn't about telling you the highest figure just to win your instruction.

When valuing a home, I take the time to analyse:

✅ Current competition on the market
✅ Floor area and square meterage
✅ Condition and presentation
✅ Location and position
✅ Features and benefits unique to your property
✅ Previous sales history and market trends
