This house was bought with tenants living in it.

We wanted to make sure the tenants could keep their home but it also needed a good refurb.

The tenants moved into temporary accommodation while the refurb is taking place and will get to move back into a nicely renovated property with a new kitchen, freshly decorated and carpeted.

We bought this house from someone who had started to convert it into two flats. After completing a good chunk of the work, a series of events happened and he realised he had bit off more than he could chew.

He tried to sell the property several times but it kept falling through.

We came along while the property was on market and put in an offer.

After receiving the offer, he decided he wanted to try and finish the job himself.

He worked hard to try and find a build team but found himself back in the same situation as before.

He gave us a call and asked if our offer still stood.

It did. And we purchased the property and are now finishing off the work to make this fabulous property into two flats.

They'll then be rented out.

We completed on this quirky property a few weeks back and the renovation is on its way!

COMPLETED 💥 💥 💥

The majority of properties that come to us are in need of a good refurb and we love to see the transformation they go through...

But this property in Conisbrough was brought to us in perfect condition!

The seller was unlucky and the sale had fell through a couple of times and he’d been messed around by some national house buying companies who tried to tie him into a long term contract.

So he contacted us for help.

He’d found his perfect home for his family and didn’t want to miss out on another purchase.

He didn’t want to move too quickly, he needed to complete on the same day as his new purchase. So 3 months from accepting an offer from us, we completed.

He is now in his perfect family home and this one will be available as a rental property in the next couple of weeks.
