So, I was scrolling through Facebook and came across this advert from a well-known high street corporate estate agent — one also known for charging quite substantial selling fees…
And I’m genuinely intrigued.

If you were the seller of this property, would you be happy with THIS photo being chosen as the social media advert for your home? 🤔

A hallway. A radiator. Some stairs.

Presumably, there’s an entire four-bedroom house worth of photographs to choose from, yet this is the image selected to make people stop scrolling and want to find out more.

When you’re paying what can be a considerable fee to have your biggest asset professionally marketed, surely you’d expect the advertising to showcase your home at its absolute best?

Social media marketing is about capturing attention and creating interest. The first image matters.

Maybe I’m being too picky, but I’m genuinely interested to know…

Apologies for being a little quiet on here lately… I’ve been busy behind the scenes with solicitors! 😅🏡

The truth is, the conveyancing stage doesn’t always go to Plan A. Sometimes we need a Plan B… and occasionally even a Plan C!
