Sittingbourne actually performed well for new instructions considering the holiday season 🎉

Sheppey saw lower numbers but their average asking price increased just shy of 10% 📈

So it's been 3 months since I launched Nested in Sittingbourne & Sheppey...

In that time I've been lucky enough to be asked to value a fair few properties (updates to follow in January 👀)

The most common reason for being asked to take over from another agent hasn't been that they haven't managed to sell yet...it's been lack of communication.

Emails unanswered. Phone calls not returned. Radio silence.

It seems so basic but simply communicating with people seems to be a real problem within the industry at the moment.
