• Planning permission for an aggregates storage use in the countryside;
• A Certificate of Lawfulness for the implementation of a historic consent for a 120 bed hotel with conference facility;
• Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of a countryside site as residential;
• Permission for changing windows in Conservation Area;
• Permission at appeal for a carport to the front of a property;
• A positive pre-application response for the redevelopment of a site in the countryside and Green Belt for a self-build dwelling.

Lander Planning is delighted to have secured planning permission for a self-build house in the countryside, within a Conservation Area, with an adjacent Listed building. Careful consideration was given to the heritage assets and a robust case put forward, along with plans by APX Architects to receive the Council's support.

Completed housing scheme in Epping.
Great to see this finally completed after long delays with the planning application determination. The Council were not able to issue any decision notices until they had resolved District wide mitigation for a nearby Special Area of Conservation.
