Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, ambitious, highly target driven and self motivated individual to join our growing company in the UK real estate sourcing sector. Ideally, the right candidate should have previous experience in a self employed business development or sales related role. They should also be a fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in the real estate sector would also be a bonus.
This role will be a self employed, commission only position which will involve researching and identifying potential B2B contacts across the UK real estate sector. You will be required to build and maintain lists of potential prospects; reach out to these through email, phone and social media platforms and schedule sales calls to ultimately secure a strategic partnership agreement with our company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a business development, sales or real estate related role is preferred
- Proficient using a computer, performing web research, data entry and working with g suite (Google sheets, gmail, google docs)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly driven, persistent individual with a positive attitude
- Access to own Laptop/PC and internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Web research / data entry
- Identifying, building and maintaining a list of prospective companies in the UK real estate sector
- Cold email outreaching and appointment scheduling
- Signing strategics partnership agreements
