Iโ€™m a local estate agent covering Locks Heath, and the surrounding areas.

Before estate agency, I spent many years in HR, helping people navigate important decisions, difficult conversations and periods of uncertainty.

What I enjoyed most wasnโ€™t the policies or procedures.

It was helping people gain clarity when they felt overwhelmed, and thatโ€™s exactly what I enjoy most about estate agency too.

Because moving home is rarely just about property. Itโ€™s about family, finances, relationships, timing, and big decisions.

My approach has always been simple.

I believe people make better decisions when they have honest information, clear communication and somebody willing to tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

That means Iโ€™ll always be honest about:

- Market conditions
- Buyer feedback
- Strategy
- The likely challenges as well as the opportunities
