Why not plant some bee friendly flowers in your garden this year? They make a great display all year round if planned out and you would really 🐝 doing your bit to help these amazing little creatures.
Crocus, hyacinth, borage, calendula, wild lilac, cosmos, echinacea, snapdragons foxglove, sedum, asters, lavender, are just a few flowers that will attract bees into the garden all year round.

Hi All,
Well it's that time again when thoughts start turning to getting those outdoor spaces winter ready. Fences re-treated, leaves swept, lawns mowed, weeds eradicated, boarders neatened, plants/shrubs cut back, the list is endless but we can do all of these jobs for you. We also do a wide variety of other types of work from clearing out your sheds/attics/gardens etc to re painting the inside of your home and many other things in between.

This is one of the latest projects that we carried out for one of our lovely customers. She wanted a boring piece of her garden transformed into a prettier space with a cottage garden feel with a tropical twist!! This is what came up with and we're really pleased with the results, as was she.......

Did you know that The Big Green are not just about gardening! We also carry out a variety of different jobs. Some of these include: decorating - surface/wall preparation, removing old plaster/tiles, sanding and painting, one off cleaning service for end of tenancy or moving into or out of a residence, collection and delivery of items/furniture, small removals ie. flat to flat, jet washing of driveways, patios etc, fence & shed painting, garden furniture treated, oiled or varnished, shed, attic, garden clearance and rubbish removal (we hold a waste carriers licence and dispose of all unwanted items at a commercial recycling centre). Autumn is here and sometimes you may think that you need to wait until next spring to get your garden in order but that is not the case. We, at 'The Big Green' will happily come and clear your garden of all unwanted foliage, weeds, fallen leaves, dead flowers etc throughout the autumn and winter (weather permitting) so that it looks at it best all year round. It will certainly make it easier come next spring.
