Recent job upper flat renovated
Made into a 3 bed flat walls dot and dabbed plastered new door and architraves all new skirting floor joists replaced and new floor installed back after roof sorted to finish kitchen off but all ready for painting work completed by dap property services

New fence recently installed in craghead 14 metres 5 foot work carried out by dap property services

What a job this turned out to be loads of issues but we got round them all.pipework re done and hidden concealed toilet new tiling cladding and flooring

Recent kitchen installed just a cheap rental upgrade for a customer.
Still looks decent for what it was

Recent work.done for a lovely couple.
New 6ft fence at the back.
Bath taken out downstairs.
Built a boot storage unit customer will do finishing touches as agreed.
Gable end ground out and repointed brickwork was a mess as previously just been overpointed badly but all.in all.turned out well water sealed work carried out by dap property services
