States Road is progressing very quickly. This month, we have seen major progress on block levelling, mechanical services and storm water and sewerage drainage.

-- PROGRESS UPDATE --

- Kerb construction starts on 19th March and will be finished in mid-April
- All roads to subgrade
- Roads 2 & 3 are now to Bench Levels, pegged and compacted
- Sewer is now complete in Roads 2 & 3 and stormwater is currently going into the roads.

We are so excited to see big changes happening so quickly at Hepenstal Park!
