Out with old and in with the new, this week we have replaced some old Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units with these new Daikin ones!

Stock of units is slowly trickling in as and when but we are still experiencing delays on certain brands/units so do please hang in there.

Hopefully all of the manufacturers will produce enough to meet the demand for next year as summers seem to be getting hotter and hotter!

These units are used as the sole source of heating in this business and produce fast efficient heating as well as cooling for all year round comfort.

If you are looking for AC in your home or business, feel free to reach out.

Just don't leave it until last minute to save any disappointment!

🤢🤢🤢🤢 Apologies if your eating!

Don't neglect your Air Conditioning servicing!

These units were stripped down for a proper deep clean and the fan scrolls were absolutely caked in mould, dirt and grime.

Think about what happens when that fan starts spinning… 👀

A proper strip & clean removes the build-up from inside the unit that you simply can’t reach with a standard service. This greatly improves hygiene, indoor air quality and the efficiency of your unit.

❄️ Cleaner units
🧼 Better hygiene
🌬️ Fresher air
🔧 Happier air con

If your air con is starting to smell, looks dirty inside, or you can't remember the last time it had a proper deep clean… it might be time to take a look!

We are still playing catch up from the crazy summer AC shortage as orders are slowly trickling back in!

This Fujitsu unit has got this home office covered all year round as the only source of heating and cooling.

Super quick and efficient heating in the winter.

A really nice chilled place to be in summer.

All backed by a 7 year warranty and 0% VAT until March 2027 for domestic installations.

If you are looking for Air Conditioning for your home or business, feel free to give us a shout!

Air conditioning stock is slowly trickling through!

Heres another installation we completed a couple of days ago for a local opticians just in time for this current heat wave 👓❄️

We’ve installed a 5kW Fujitsu ceiling cassette, providing efficient and discreet heating and cooling without taking up valuable wall space. We have a really cool 7 degree air off in full cooling.

All Fujitsu equipment installed by Francis Facilities comes with a 7-year warranty for complete peace of mind.

Another smart, professional installation completed. 👍

Amidst the UK Air Conditioning shortage we managed to get this Fujitsu Multi unit installed just in time for the next heatwave!

Newbuilds nowadays are great at keeping the heat in during winter but once they are warm in the summer. They stay warm.

This Fujitsu unit covers 2 bedrooms and the open plan kitchen/living area from one outdoor unit.

All controlled from the Fujitsu App so all you have to do is lift a finger to keep comfortable.

Backed by a 7 year warranty for peace of mind.

For all our customers waiting on orders we will be in touch as soon as we get confirmation on delivery dates for your equipment.

If you are looking for heating and cooling in your home or business, feel free to reach out!

Lights, camera, action.....

After a good run of 20+ years, these old AC units had reached the end of their service life.

3x 10kw Fujitsu wall mounted split systems were installed in their place.

With the smaller physical size comes massive savings in energy consumption while maintaining the same output. New inverter driven compressors and single condenser fans use far less energy compared to the old inefficient units they replaced.

Fast efficient cooling in summer and super quick heating in winter.

All backed by a 7 year warranty.

If your home or business is in need of climate control, just give us a shout!

❄️Fujistu to the rescue yet again!❄️

As nice as a full glass orangery is, when the suns out it acts like a greenhouse sending the temperature upwards of 30 degrees.

This 10kw unit pumps out some really powerful cooling with a nice 8.9 degree air coming off the indoor unit.

All pipework contained in black trunking for a tidy finish.

Also with the added benefit of fast and efficient heating during the winter.

If you are looking for Air conditioning for your home or business, feel free to reach out.

🫠Hello you sweaty lot!🫠

As with all Air Con guys at the moment, we are getting a large influx of enquiries regarding new installations.

Here are a couple of bits of information to include in your initial query to help speed things up for yourself and to allow us to respond quicker to you.

Include the following bits of information:

How many rooms?
Size of the rooms?
Are the rooms situated on an outside wall?
Your location?
Domestic/commercial?
Detached, semi-detached, terraced etc?

If you can let us know when you are looking to get the works completed, this would also be helpful.

The biggest challenge we are facing at the moment is the supply of the smaller domestic equipment such as multi systems (multiple indoor units powered by 1 outdoor unit).

If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a shout!

Keep it cool 😎

Another Fujitsu system installation completed for a local printers this week in time for the next heatwave.

The large printer kicks out alot of heat raising the temperature in the room and putting additional strain on the equipment itself.

With this being a commercial building the customer decided to protect their investment with some condenser cages giving them peace of mind that the units can't be tampered with during closing hours.

All pipework is contained in Speediduct white trunking for a tidy finish internally due to limited access for a piperun.

All backed by a 7 year warranty.

If you need a cooling or heating solution for your home or business, just reach out and we will be happy to assist!
