There’s something very special about seeing the venue in person 🤍

On Sunday 11th October, we’ll be opening our doors from 11am–3pm for our Open Day - a chance to wander around the beautifully restored Saxon chapel, imagine your own wedding here, and discover a little more of its history.

We’ll also be joined by some wonderful local wedding suppliers, and there’ll be an exclusive Open Day discount available for couples who visit us on the day ✨

No pressure, no formal tour - just come along, explore the space, ask as many questions as you like and start picturing what your day could look like here.

Sunday 11th October
11am–3pm

We’d love to welcome you 🤍

We are delighted that we will be joined by some fabulous local suppliers too.

It was such a privilege to be chosen as a filming location for The Reluctant Vampire. Such a brilliant production to be involved in!

Can you spot our medieval Tithe Barn in the series?

Another incredible local location, Woodchester Mansion, was used as the vampire family’s home too.

Coming to BBC iPlayer on 4 October. We can’t wait to watch! 🧛

We’ll be honest… Saxon Barn isn’t for everyone. 👀

If you want a wedding that looks exactly like everyone else’s, we’re probably not your venue.

If you’re happy being ushered in and out while the next wedding waits behind you, we’re definitely not your venue. The barn is yours for THREE whole days- no conveyor belt, no rushing, no sharing your moment.

And if you want a venue to tell you which caterer, florist or photographer you’re allowed to use? That’s not really our thing either. You choose the people who understand your vision.

But if you want to tear up the rulebook, do things your way and create a celebration that feels completely, unmistakably YOU…

Welcome to Saxon Barn. 🤍
