A fabulous two bed maisonette, on one of the most beautiful garden squares in London. I loved this flat. I love this client. And I am absolutely buzzing. 🎉

Keys are handed over (at the Ritz because why not!!) and I am off for drinks with the girls tonight, because sometimes you just have to stop and mark the moment. I am utterly terrible at celebrating the wins, I always forget or underestimate them but not today!

Four years ago I had never sold a property in my life. Today Im selling Pimlico I’m in proud as punch 🙌

Let’s be honest, our husbands, wives, partners and friends can only listen to so much chat about property, markets, lettings, sales, pipelines and business growth before their eyes glaze over 😂🏡

So it is such a treat to be in a room full of people who completely get it.

Great conversations about the market, what is working, what is not, the challenges we are all facing and, most importantly, celebrating everyone’s wins along the way 🙌
