🧽 Cleaner Wanted – Holiday Lets 🏡✨

Due to the business continuing to grow and another busy season ahead, I’m looking for another cleaner to join the team 😊

📍 Properties located across Orkney
💷 £15 per hour + mileage paid

This is a seasonal role for the busy period.

I’m happy to work around school hours where possible, so this could suit a mum returning to work or someone looking for flexible part-time hours.

The role involves preparing holiday properties for guests arriving, so attention to detail is really important. I’m looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and enjoys leaving a place looking fresh, clean and guest-ready.

You’ll need to be:
✔ Reliable and trustworthy
✔ Able to work to a consistently high standard
✔ Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
✔ Flexible when required
✔ Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle

Hours will vary depending on bookings and changeovers.

Experience is preferred but not essential — the right attitude, reliability and eye for detail matter most.

Due to increasing work load and the season starting to pick up, I’m looking for another cleaner to join the team.

📍 Properties located all over Orkney
💷 £15 per hour + mileage

This is a seasonal role for the busy period, with the possibility of some hours over the winter depending on bookings.

This isn’t just a basic cleaning job, the properties need to be spotless and ready for guests every time. I’m looking for someone who naturally notices the little things and takes pride in making everything look its absolute best, even the bits others might overlook.

You’ll need to be:
✔ Reliable and someone I can depend on
✔ Able to work to a consistently high standard
✔ Able to work on your own and as part of a team
✔ Flexible (some weekend work will be required)
✔ Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle

Hours will vary depending on bookings and changeovers, so flexibility is important.

A couple of days late saying it, but I’ve officially been self-employed for a whole year!

Honestly, it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. It hasn’t always been easy, starting was scary but it’s been so worth it. I began with just one commercial contract, and what a difference a year makes!

Now I’m fully managing 15 holiday lets, alongside cleaning for lots of other properties and private houses, something I’m really proud of 🏡✨

They say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life and although there have definitely been long days, I genuinely love what I do.😍

A huge thank you to all the property owners who trust me, and to every customer who continues to support my business, it means more than you know.

To my amazing team, I couldn’t do this without you and to my family for always being there, Thank you 🤍
