🏡 FROM TIMBERS & CEMENT CLADDING BOARDS… TO THE FINISHED ARTICLE! 🔨

What a transformation! 🤩

From the initial timber frame and a pile of cement cladding boards, to a fully finished, practical and beautiful annexe — we’re really pleased with how this project has turned out.

The annexe is now being used as a home study and a comfortable spare room for family and friends when they come to visit. 🛏️💻

It’s always rewarding seeing an idea develop from the groundwork and structure right through to a finished space that can actually be enjoyed and used.

✨ Another project coming together beautifully! ✨

This one has personally been one of my favourites. With limited access to the property, all the materials had to be carefully brought through the customer’s house, making this project a little more challenging than usual.

But the results are definitely worth it! 👌

We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line, and it won’t be long until this project is fully completed. 🏡🔨

🏡 This beautiful annexe is really starting to take shape! ✨

The outside is now complete, the plastering is finished and we’re onto the exciting finishing stages! 🙌

Next up is the flooring, followed by the second-fix electrics and plumbing — and then this project will be job completed! 🔨⚡️🚿

It’s been fantastic watching this lovely annexe come together, and we can’t wait to reveal the finished result! 👌

🚧 Another stage complete! 🚧

The internal wall is now in, creating a perfect separation between the main room and the bathroom.

This build is coming together fantastically and the quality of workmanship is clear at every stage. Finished to the highest standards, with attention to detail throughout.

We’re not quite at the finish line yet… but we can’t wait to show you the finished result! 👀🔥

Cladding is almost done 👌

First fix inside is nearly finished soon be onto plaster boarding the walls tommorow and Wednesday

Door and windows are now fitted and we have started cladding the outside of the building 👍
