In their article, Perfect Pads Sales & Lettings explains how, over the last couple of years, Swansea has had "a 90% seller's/10% buyer's market". ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ. This means there have been more buyers than property available to purchase which, in turn, has pushed up the prices. ๐Ÿ โฌ†๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฐ

"Swansea house prices are 15.4% higher than a year ago". This percentage alone is staggering. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

But, the seesaw is tipping.

The article also states that Swansea has started to see a shift in this buyer-seller ratio to a "70% seller's/30% buyer's market". This means that although owners will continue to see healthy growth in their properties, the rate at which it's increasing will slow down.
