Quants can provide cost planning and budget estimates for projects in the construction industry at most stages of the design process to assist in both early cost management and assisting with improving build cost certainty.

A detailed bill of quantities can be produced using the latest estimating software from Conquest.

Contract Surveying:

Quants can provide a contract administration and surveying service on behalf of Sub Contractors and contractors in the construction industry. Services can include monthly valuations, valuation of variations and final accounting.

Quants will monitor progress, value contract works and variations, submit applications for payment in accordance with the valuation dates in the contract, and advise on contractual matters.

Estimating and Tendering Services:

Quants can provide a quantified schedule of works or bill of quantities for either a specific trade or a whole project based on drawings and specifications. All types of tenders can be catered for.

The type of projects we have been involved in range from £50,000 to over £5,000,000 in value and cover a number of different sectors from residential and schools, to commercial units and hospitals.

Quants can also carry out the tendering function on your behalf on a project by project basis. This includes:
- Vetting of tenderers and preparing a tender list.
- Preparation of tender documentation and issuing to all tenderers.
- Creation of tender events schedules / tender program and management of the activities on the schedule.
- Tender adjudication, comparisons, analysis and providing tender recommendations for sign off.
