Got 9 dwellings upto DPC, looking for trades to price & undertake the packages below.
Brickwork/blockwork
Roof
Roof tiling
Windows/doors
1st & 2nd fix joinery
1st & 2nd fix electrical
1st & 2nd fix plumbing ✅
Boarding/skimming
Kitchens
Tiling
Decoration
Hard & soft landscaping
Obviously some of these packages are a way down the line but it would be good to begin speaking with companies/sole traders and building up the supply chain to complete these works.
