Proof again, that it matters who the agent is that is selling your home 😉

The market is very unforgiving at the moment if you are not wide awake and now is not the time to just hand over keys to anyone to do viewings for you. Let alone doing them yourself when agents don’t pitch up. Taking over three properties this last week from other agents. Shake my head when I hear that vendors are still having to do a viewing themselves because agent never pitched up.

We are selling houses …there are buyers … but now is not the time to “test” the market with higher than market value prices.. it’s critical to list at the right price and generate interest from day one … not day 120 !
Alarm bells should ring with any agent that promises the world … loads of buyers.. too good to be true listing price .. but then asks for a three month contract … if they’re good they shouldn’t need that long of a contract !
