Today felt good. A full day of viewings and I got to watch a gorgeous couple fall head over heels in love with a house (best part of this job!). Managed to get home in time to take the pups for a walk on Rhossili downs and then watch the sunset in the garden of our building site (new home). Walls are being built and spring is springing. Feeling very grateful 🌼🙏🥹

Now you know I love a project and this one is my current fav! 💓

So much potential! Good solid 70s build, practical layout and massive windows. Plus it backs on to a peaceful field where you can hear river flowing, bliss. This is such a sort after road too, so plenty of opportunity to add value over.

Coloured bathroom suites are making a comeback too. I think I would keep this pink one! Would you? 💕
