Following a manic start to “25” and with an extremely busy year ahead, we now find ourselves in need of a reliable Labourer.

Duties are to assist in loading out, keeping the Site clean and attending to the Bricklayers needs.

Rates of Pay are dependent on experience & ability.

Clean Driving Licence and high work ethic preferred.

Trial basis to start, with a more permanent position available to the right candidate.

I’ve had this sign replaced several times believing it was the weather, but noticing no other agent boards had been damaged.
To see the extent of this, it’s obvious that it is just people causing unnecessary damage 😕

I set up as a small business owner to help others within a “damaged and untrustworthy” industry (estate agency is up there with the most untrusted professions).
I want to be able to help people on their property journey, and be able to give back. So little things like this can be painful to see 😩 yes it’s small in the grand scheme of things, but they do all add up.

I always try to turn negatives into a positives, so using this as motivation to help more people on their property journey.
