The property was taken over as a complete mess. An old kitchen and bathrooms, a shell for a utility room and dated decoration throughout. Property required a partial rewire and some re routing of plumbing work.

Re-boarding and plastering required for the utility room, fresh painting & flooring throughout and some wider internal wall damage to be worked on. Wiring in the kitchen in particular was poor with cable hanging out of the wall and sockets wired up incorrectly.
