Weโre starting our new Property of the Month series with one thatโs very easy to fall in love with โฆ The Westlake!!
๐๐จ, ๐๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ...
(No introduction needed but weโll do so anyway)
โข The Westlake sleeps up to 6 guests โ
โข Has a king size bedroom with en-suite, a twin room and a double sofa bed โ
โข Youโll also find luxury glass decking, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private 5G Wi-Fi, a 50โ Smart TV and yes there is more, a sound system with speakers in the ceiling โ
Whats even better is โฆ
โข An upgraded PREMIUM square hot tub.
Itโs not your standard rental tub as we wanted luxury for you but think more private spa โ
(Check out past guest reviews who all comment on this too)

We did tell you youโd fall in LOVE very easily โค๏ธ.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ...
โข Weโre located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
โข Away from all the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk to all facilities. Literally 5 - 10 minute leg stretch.
โข NO through roads meaning cars arenโt passing every 2 minutes.
(As a result you have a larger than average green area around you making it perfect for the kids and all the family to play games and know there safe)
โข Theres also a large grass area directly straight Infront of us leading onto the lake itself.
โข Weโre not directly on the lake meaning itโs safe for young children but you still get the view of the water โฆ (best of both worlds) โ
Bonus points โฆ
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is located next to RAF Coningsby and we have a perfect spot on site that lets you see the Jets fly directly over you.
Itโs honestly amazing to watch.
If youโre lucky enough to be staying and see them itโs like having your very own private airshow.
๐๐ก๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐๐?
โข Beds made up on arrival
โข Towels provided for each guest
โข Outdoor furniture to the front and side
โข Pet Friendly (so the pooches donโt miss out) ๐พ
Something we know youโll prefer even more โฆ
๐พ๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
โข We provide a welcome pack for each stay including Prosecco and nibbles.
Again we like to go a little bit extra for you all.
Why? (Because being 2nd best isnโt an option) and we want you to have the best time making amazing memories.
๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Picture a morning coffee, overlooking the lakes, a day exploring Tattershall, then an evening in your own private sunken hot tub. That sounds like a pretty good plan to us ๐
Who would you bring for a Westlake escape?
Tag them belowโor message us for available dates. ๐
