A bit about us...

Our first Holiday home is a first floor, 1 bedroom apartment with beautiful sea & sunset views from the French doors.
It has an ensuite shower room, a cosy living area & a well equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher.
Having been completed this year it is all brand new and stunning.
There will be an outside seating & dining area, plus secure private parking for one mid sized car.
We are located just 5 minutes walk from Tintagel village.

We don't much like rules, but for the comfort & safety of all our guests we have had to make a few:
No pets, No smoking or Va**ng inside the apartment or in the grounds & No under 18s.
Full terms & conditions will be sent out with any booking enquiries.
