Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your clean. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client and manage my schedule fairly.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the scheduled clean cost.
However, if anyone in the household has a contagious illness (such as sickness bugs, flu, COVID, chickenpox, etc.), please let me know as soon as possible. In these circumstances, I will not attend the property due to the risk of infection, and the clean can be rearranged without charge.
